The Board of Directors of Dubai Lenders Group is pleased to announce to the shareholders that the Extra-ordinary General Assembly meeting has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, 22nd of March 2016, at 4:00pm, Al Mirqab Ballroom, Four Seasons Hotel; In case a quorum is not met, the date of the second meeting will be announced soon after. Accordingly, shareholders are kindly requested to be present at the meeting hall by 3:00pm to enable taking a record of the attending shareholders’ names and number of shares held by each.
